You would expect that one of the best SQF Consultant's in the United States would also be the most expensive when it comes to co-developing an SQF Documentation System and providing all the consulting services needed from pre-development straight thru to getting SQF Certified on the first set of audits...
Interestingly enough, we are not the most expensive and when we started our consulting company 14 years ago one of our goals was to always look for ways to add value to our services without increasing our project rates.
Today, our professional fees are pretty much the same as they were 14 years ago.
SMALL BUSINESS -
Qualifiers:

Client has HACCP Plan
GOC Engagement Inclusions...
a. 1-2 HRS teleconference review of the SQF program with Principals and supporting staff.
b. GAP-Analysis of current FSMS documentation & review of 1-2 HRS of GoPro video consisting of interior and exterior areas, inclusive of ingress and egress areas.
c. Based on "b" Consultant will issue a summary report detailing recommendations and suggestions for Operational and Capital improvement needs in order to be in compliance with the requirements of the SQF Certification. Includes 1-2 HRS teleconference to discuss findings, recommendations and suggestions with Principals and supporting staff.
d. eCONSULTANT 12 month (365 Days) to begin on first day of engagement. The 12 Month plan includes up to 250 hours of casual consulting time by email and phone.
e. Internal Auditor Training program. Includes exam review and issuance of training completion certificates for up to 5 trainees.
f. The Consultant will provide consulting by phone and email to Principals and support staff during implementation utilizing time allowances within the included eConsultant program. (Value incl in "d")

MID-SIZE BUSINESS -

FlatRate Project Fee
Instead of charging by the hour, day or week we instead bundle our services for best value and charge one flatrate professional fee for the entire bundle.
Thus, there are no surprizes later on and no arguments about hours, day charge or weekly charges.
We estimate each project to take up to 30 days, if it takes us less time or more time the fee remains the same.
For small to mid-size companies we charge a flatrate of $15,000 when done on a remote-basis.

Once set, please allow 20-30 minutes for our discussion. It is suggested that all principals be present for this conversation.
Once we complete our discussion with you, we will issue an agreement with terms of service.
Upon acceptance the agreement becomes both our contract and invoice.
Full fee payment is required at time of signing the agreement.
